About
Embrace • Inspire • Empower is a life coaching practice that was established in 2011. Katrice Johnson has been blessed with emotional intelligence and the natural ability to read and reach individuals through spiritual connection. With a caring and giving heart, she listens and channels perspective based on the knowledgeable insight of each client’s truth, whether on the surface or hidden within.
Katrice has an extensive background in life coaching and counseling on a personal and professional level, including one-on-one, couples, groups, and individuals with disabilities. Katrice works with clients using CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Adaptive Thinking Strategies, Mindfulness, etc., in areas of purpose, empowerment, accountability, health and wellness, spiritual, social, career, communication, relationships, grief, etc.
Credentials include a Master's degree in Psychology with an Emphasis in Life Coaching, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master certification in life coaching, 20 years of experience in counseling/behavioral coaching (one-on-one, group, and managerial), and personal experience facing mental health challenges. Katrice also brings a unique, in-depth perspective by including personality assessment. Personality assessments help clients bear witness to the true characteristics that either hinder or manifest their life progression.
Katrice believes that it is important to truly identify with one’s self to take a true stand on your life. Otherwise, countless individuals are just floating through life with no real perspective, getting by instead of choosing what is truly destined for them.
Symbolization
The individual growing into a fully blossoming plant represents true vision and growth. The heart shape represents genuine support to nurture and stimulate self-love and find or restore natural rhythm. It is ideal to feed the plant to nurture its growth and help it reach its greatest potential.
On the other hand, human perspective is nurtured through positive vision, truth, and reflection that stimulate and elevate growth and progression by way of natural production and human spirit.
The open arms symbolizes my commitment to embrace my clients and invest in his or her ability to grow into their truth and greatest potential in life. I believe that your greatest potential is growing to be whom you are truly destined to be. The mind, body, and spirit knows when it is not aligned with reality.
My practice is based on the belief that my clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, so I am committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of my business is from repeat clients and referrals.
